Breakfast is definitely my most rushed meal of the day. Sure, I could get up earlier so as to enjoy my meal at a leisurely pace…but I know myself, and I will always choose more sleep. So instead, I’ve come up with a few quick and easy keto breakfast ideas that I can prepare ahead of time, making my mornings go much  more smoothly. Check out the video below for full details!
